Innovation in Building Resilience — Announcing Bravely and LifeLabs Learning’s Collaboration

For decades, new approaches to training people on important skills for the workplaces have been emerging in digital and virtual formats, with organizations embracing these new models and platforms to provide accessible, personalized learning content for their employees. Across these exciting new approaches, however, some fundamentals of learning endure, rooted in the cognitive science of how people adopt and practice new mindsets and skill sets. One truth in particular is paramount in our view: people exposed to new content, frameworks, and tools need repetitive exposure and reinforcement to retain new information. Learning isn’t one-and-done.

That’s why we’re excited to share that Bravely is partnering with LifeLabs Learning to power a new combination of approaches for virtual learning, integrating Lifelabs’ world-class live skill-building workshops with access to Bravely’s on-demand professional coaching.

Participants in Lifelabs’ newly-released Adaptivity & Resilience Lab and Workplace Transitions workshops will get access to a private Bravely coaching session to continue practicing and applying their new skills. Research demonstrates the power of individualized coaching as a driver of resilience, making Bravely a valuable extension of Lifelabs’ world-class content.

With this novel combination of live workshops and coaching for these important topics, we’re working on some of the most crucial skills people need to navigate their lives and workplaces during this difficult time of upheaval and change in the workplace.
