Meet Bea, the AI coach that knows how you work.
Bea sees your day-to-day, coaches you on the moments that matter, and gets more personal the longer you work together.
You name the tradeoff out loud before the group commits, which has cut short a circular debate three times this month.
You make your ideas sound smaller than they are when the room is more senior.
You bring up other people's ideas by name, even when they're not in the room to hear it.
You ask fewer questions with your own team than you do with your peers.
How it works
01
Bea is in the meeting.
With permission, Bea joins. She picks up signals in what you’ve said you want to work on, and in the behaviors good leadership depends on.
02
You get a reflection.
After the meeting, a short reflection, read against the kind of room you were in, because how you show up shifts from one meeting to the next.
03
Coaching in your flow of work.
It arrives directly in your workplace messaging (like Slack, Teams, or Zoom chat), and you can reply right there or in the web app. At the end of the week she steps back with you and reflects on how you showed up.
04
Signals become patterns.
Bea picks up signals in every meeting and holds them against each other over time. That’s how she can tell you what you do consistently, and what changes depending on the room.
Context matters. How you show up in a team meeting is not how you show up in a 1:1, and a room with your skip-level is different again. Bea understands where your strengths and gaps live across each one. That is a level of feedback and self-awareness work has never offered.
05
Chat with Bea anytime.
- Prep for a hard decision or a hard conversation
- Think a decision through
- Role-play what is coming
- Talk something over afterwards
And the more you talk with her, the better she understands how you work.
All of this is yours alone. Every reflection, pattern, and conversation stays private to you, and nothing you share or she tells you is ever passed on to your manager or your organization.
Why Bravely
We didn't start with AI. We started with supporting people at work.
Bravely has spent nearly a decade delivering professional coaching inside large organizations. We turned that practice into the standard Bea works from.
Nine years of coaching session data
The standard she grades against, defined by our People Science team.
Evidence backed feedback
Every observation points back to the moment it came from.
Context rich
A 1:1 and a presentation to leadership are read as the different rooms they are.
Only what repeats
A behavior has to show up several times before she raises it.
Our expertise is what makes the feedback good. AI is what lets it reach everyone.
Organizational insights
Individual signals and patterns roll up to show where capability is strong and where it fades, by team and by context. Anonymized, with a minimum group size before anything is reported.
Sales managers are avoiding hard feedback conversations.
They coach well in 1:1s, but they consistently soften the message when performance is the topic.
Bravely recommendation
Run the manager feedback clinic with Sales in August.
The same skill read across every group, so you can see whether it is a Sales problem or a management problem.
Finally, coaching that reaches everyone.
Every person gets coaching grounded in how they actually show up. Your organization gets to see where that support matters most.
