As Bravely's Head Pro, she manages the company’s fast-growing network of coaching professionals, leading recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. She loves coaching and counseling employees at every stage of their career, from entry level to the C-suite.

Vik comes to Bravely with several years of experience resolving and preventing interpersonal and group conflicts. As an ombud in the federal government and a certified coach, he specializes in action-planning, positive psychology, and resilience, and loves to help his clients leverage their strengths. Vik's top strength is his love of learning, and he is currently completing advanced coursework in mental health and recovery through the Harvard Program on Refugee Trauma. Vik regularly presents on cutting-edge topics in the workplace and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
