Position Overview
We’re seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive our B2B marketing efforts and generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for our sales team. This role will own our demand generation execution, with a focus on creating pipeline across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation
- Drive MQLs using demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage end-to-end webinar program, from content planning to promotion, to execution and follow up
- Nurture new and existing leads with email (Hubspot and Outreach)
- Oversee MQL process and lead scoring in partnership with sales team
- Manage and optimize lead conversion through the marketing funnel
Marketing Operations
- Serve as primary administrator for marketing tech stack (Salesforce, ChiliPiper, HubSpot)
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Manage lead routing processes
Content Distribution & Events
- Execute social media strategy on company channels
- Manage influencer marketing relationships and campaigns
- Secure speaking opportunities for company executives at industry events
- Coordinate conference participation and event marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Optimize conversion rates across marketing channels
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience
- Proven track record of hitting MQL and pipeline targets
- Expert knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience with virtual event production and webinar management
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to HR/People leaders
- Experience with ABM campaigns
